Deposits
A  deposit of approximately 1/3 is required to reserve your baby bird once it has
hatched and reaches 3 weeks of age.
Deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE unless bird is undeliverable!

Payments
Baby is to be paid for in full before leaving OUR HOME!
Babies are sent home ONLY after it is fully weaned.  

LIMITED Health Guarantee
I offer a 72 hour LIMITED health guarantee if no other birds are present in your home.
I also offer a 48 hour LIMITED health guarantee if other birds ARE present in your
home:
UNLESS - baby goes DIRECTLY to an avian vet from here.
LIMITED health guarantee For Out-of-Area Customers:
I will pay for any MEDICINES prescribed by an avian vet on the INITIAL EXAM ONLY
within the allotted 48 or 72 hour time period!
LIMITED health guarantee For Walk-in Customers:
If the vet finds a problem that is too costly to cure, or if there is a problem which can
not be cured, I will, AT MY DISCRETION, replace the bird with one of same kind or
value, or buy the bird back.
I reserve the right to obtain a second opinion at our expense.
Health guarantee is VOID if bird is purchased at a bird mart, as I can not control the
conditions in the environment.

Conditions
The buyer agrees to have the bird examined within the allotted time.
The bird is quarantined for a minimum of thirty (30) days separated from
other birds in your home.
I must be notified IMMEDIATELY if any changes are noticed in the birds health.
If bird dies within the allotted time, refrigerate bird {DO NOT FREEZE} until a necropsy
can be scheduled to determine LIABILITY and possible replacement of bird (with-in 72
hours).

Disclaimer
Failure to adhere to the conditions set forth above indicates the buyer agrees that
they have purchased the bird in an 'AS IS' condition and forever waives any
warranties of health, fitness, merchantability, breeder or pet.


The "Health Certificate" ($45.00) is optional or required when crossing State lines and
is to be added to the shipping costs. Some states require this certificate.
